NOTICE OF SERVER UPGRADE!
Smart Web Nig. Ltd. is hereby informing some of it clients hosted on Emerald1 Server that upgrade has been scheduled but date and time will be communicated later. The importance of this upgrade is that “CENTOS” operating system will no longer be supported by the service provider and hence the need to upgrade to another supported OS. Without the upgrade, the server may likely be subjected to vulnerable.

Congratulation to Mr. Murtala Muhammad Abdullahi who is the founder/CEO of Smartweb Nig. Ltd.
He was elected at the just concluded 15th AGM and elections of the executive positions in Nigeria Internet Registration Association (NIRA).
He emerged as the winner into the office of the vice-president of Nira, Executive Board of Directors (EBODS), and Board of Trustees (BoTs).
He began his Journey with NIRA as a member in 2011, and in 2013, Smart Web Nigeria Limited Became NIRA Accredited Registrar, having thousands of .ng domains registered.
In 2018, He was nominated and elected as an Executive Board Member of NIRA. In this capacity, he served on various committees such as Member of the Technical Committee, Chairman of the Accreditation Committee, Member of the Finance and Establishment Committee, and presently, Chairman of the Domain Name Policy Committee.
He chaired the Domain Name Policy Committee, where he pushed for the continued improvement of the Policies and Procedures that reflected and improved the day-to-day operations and seamlessly allowed the Organization to record success.
He is discipline tech savvy and has expertise in consulting/human capital development, with a proven record of providing indispensable advice to clients and delivering positive outcomes for them, bringing value across various areas of skill and expertise, which include Leadership, Administration/Management, Human Resources, Good Governance, Customer Relations, Public Engagement, and Collaboration.
