Visit the link: https://smartweb.com.ng/web/index.php?rp=/login and log in using your credentials.
Navigate to Services and click on “My Services”:
Select the account and click on “Active” appears in green color by the right side.
Locate “Actions” On the Left Side Panel:
Scrol down to “IP Unband Center”.
Click on a padlock at the right hand side.
Your connection IP address will apear in a dialog box.
Click on Check.
4. Acknowledgement Will be Prompted by the System:
Your IP is white listed or your IP was not blocked.
