What is a blogger?

Steps to point your domain name to existing blogger

  • Sign in to Blogger.

  • Select the blog you want to update.

  • On the left, click Settings and then Basic.

Under “Publishing,” click + Set up a third-party URL for your blog. Then type in ‘www.yourdomainname.com’ And click Save.

Then copy all detail of the Cname and follow the steps to point the domain to your blog.

  1. If you have a control panel, then login to cpanel

  • Under domain segment select zone editor

  • Click on manage and add the Cname records and Google A records then save

2. If your domain name does not have Cpanel then follow the steps below

  • Login to your client area

  • Click on domain name then manage dns

  • Under the domain name you want to manage click on edit

  • Then add all the Cname records and save

After adding the records the domain name will take a minimum of 24hrs and maximum of 48hrs to propagate before you can access the domain on your blog.
